Cada oficial é nomeado para um evento com um papel específico. Toque em cada função para ver detalhes.Each official is appointed to an event with a specific role. Tap each function to see the details.
A CR é responsável pela condução das regatas: largadas, percursos, sinais, resultados e comunicações oficiais.The RC is responsible for running the races: starts, courses, signals, results and official communications.
Vice-Presidente:Vice-Chair: dashboard, comunicações, registos. Sem publicar resultados, delta ou visor.dashboard, communications, logs. Cannot publish results, set delta or pin end.
Vogal:Member: consulta e comunicações básicas. Sem largada, publicação ou penalizações.view and basic communications. No starts, publishing or penalties.
A CP julga protestos, pedidos de reparação e outros pedidos conforme as Regras de Regata (RRS).The PC hears protests, redress requests and other requests under the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
Vice/Vogal:Vice/Member: participam nas audiências, acedem a documentação e registos.take part in hearings, access documentation and records.
Responsáveis pelo registo das posições de chegada, tempos e penalizações de largada. Utilizam OCR (câmara) ou entrada manual.Responsible for recording finishing positions, times and start penalties. They use OCR (camera) or manual entry.

Como os oficiais recebem e utilizam os seus acessos.How officials receive and use their access.
O sistema utiliza credenciais universais: um único email e password dão acesso a todas as apps e eventos a que foi nomeado.The system uses universal credentials: one single email and password give access to every app and event you have been appointed to.
- O organizador do evento nomeia o oficial na aba Oficiais e regista o emailThe event organiser appoints the official in the Officials tab and registers the email
- O sistema cria automaticamente o acesso e envia email com instruçõesThe system automatically creates the account and emails the instructions
- O oficial faz login com email e password em qualquer appThe official logs in with email and password in any app
- Aparece o Event Picker com os eventos a que tem acessoThe Event Picker appears with the events they have access to

Após login, cada app mostra apenas os eventos do papel correspondente:After login, each app shows only the events for the matching role:

Verifique a pasta de spam/lixo. Se não encontrar, peça ao organizador do evento para reenviar as credenciais na aba Oficiais. Se já tem conta noutro evento, use a mesma password.Check the spam/junk folder. If you cannot find it, ask the event organiser to resend the credentials in the Officials tab. If you already have an account from another event, use the same password.
Cada app filtra eventos pelo papel. Se abriu a app CR mas só tem nomeação para Júri, não verá eventos. Verifique se está na app correcta para o seu papel.Each app filters events by role. If you opened the RC app but only have a Jury appointment, you will see no events. Check that you are in the right app for your role.
Sim!Yes! Se é presidente da CR e também oficial de chegadas, o mesmo email/password funciona em ambas as apps. Cada app mostra os eventos correspondentes ao papel respectivo.If you are the RC chair and also a finish-line official, the same email/password works in both apps. Each app shows the events for the relevant role.
Na app Scoring, ao marcar "Última regata do dia" e confirmar os resultados, o sistema:In the Scoring app, when you tick "Last race of the day" and confirm results, the system:
- Pega na hora do último barco a chegarTakes the time of the last boat to finish
- Soma o tempo definido nas definições do evento (ex: 60 min)Adds the configured time from event settings (e.g. 60 min)

A HLP aparece imediatamente no Event Hub, app CR e app Júri.The PTL appears immediately on the Event Hub, RC app and Jury app.
As apps precisam de ligação à internet para comunicar com o servidor. No entanto, se instaladas como PWA, abrem mais rápido e mantêm a sessão activa mesmo após fechar o browser.The apps need an internet connection to talk to the server. However, when installed as PWAs they open faster and keep the session active even after closing the browser.
Sim!Yes! Todas as apps funcionam no browser do computador. O painel do evento (evento.html) é optimizado para ecrã grande e é ideal para gestão administrativa.All apps work in a desktop browser. The event panel (evento.html) is optimised for big screens and is ideal for administrative management.
