Guardar credenciais: Marque a opção "Lembrar" no login para não ter de as reintroduzir. A sessão dura 8 horas.Save credentials: Check "Remember" at login to avoid re-entering them. Session lasts 8 hours.

A aba Oficiais não fica na app CR - pertence ao painel do evento (evento.html), acessivel ao clube organizador. E la que:The Officials tab is not in the RC App - it belongs to the event panel (evento.html), accessible to the organising club. That is where:

  • +O organizador nomeia os membros da CR com cargo (Presidente, VP, Vogal)The organiser nominates RC members with a role (Chairperson, VP, Member)

Cronometro conta do tempo definido (ex: 5 minutos) até zero. Toque Sincronizar para alinhar com a buzina.Timer counts down from the set time (e.g. 5 minutes) to zero. Tap Sync to align with the horn.
Hora de LargadaStart Time
Indica uma hora especifica (ex: 11:00). O cronometro calcula automaticamente o tempo restante. Útil em cruzeiro ou programas com horario fixo.Sets a specific time (e.g. 11:00). The timer calculates the remaining time automatically. Useful for offshore or programmes with a fixed schedule.
Sincronizar: Ao tocar "Sincronizar", o cronometro reinicia e fica alinhado com o sinal da buzina. Faca-o no exacto momento do sinal sonoro.Sync: When tapping "Sync", the timer resets and aligns with the horn signal. Do it at the exact moment of the sound signal.

A app mostra automaticamente a bandeira correcta em cada fase. Toque nas bandeiras para as marcar como expostas/removidas.The app automatically shows the correct flag at each phase. Tap the flags to mark them as displayed/removed.

Ao tocar "Iniciar" no cronometro, abre um pequeno modal com 3 opções:When tapping "Start" on the timer, a small modal opens with 3 options:

  • ✓Todos os marcos - pública Atencao (-10 min), Advertencia (-5 min), Preparacao (-4 min), 1 minuto e LargadaAll milestones - publishes Attention (-10 min), Warning (-5 min), Preparatory (-4 min), 1 minute and Start
  • 🏁So a largada - pública apenas o sinal final (00:00)Only the start - publishes only the final signal (00:00)

A escolha aplica-se a toda a sequência. Se quiser mudar, pare e reinicie o cronometro - o modal volta a aparecer.The choice applies to the whole sequence. To change, stop and restart the timer - the modal opens again.
So o Presidente pública: O VP (Visor) e o Vogal podem operar o cronometro normalmente (cores, bandeiras, beeps), mas não disparam comunicações no feed. Apenas o Presidente ve o modal de escolha.Only the Chairperson publishes: The VP (Mark Boat) and Vogal can operate the timer normally (colours, flags, beeps), but do not trigger feed messages. Only the Chairperson sees the choice modal.

Vantagem do Visor: O VP fica no extremo oposto da linha de largada enquanto o Presidente aprova os resultados a partir do barco de sinais.Display advantage: The VP is at the pin end of the start line while the Chairperson approves results from the signal boat.
Atencao: Ao publicar, os resultados ficam visíveis a todos no Event Hub. Confirme as penalizações antes de aprovar.Caution: Once published, results are visible to everyone on the Event Hub. Confirm penalties before approving.
Quadro Vivo público: O resultado da largada (limpa, chamada geral, OCS/UFD/BFD com lista de velas) aparece automaticamente como 1.ª pagina do Quadro Vivo no Event Hub, ao lado das rondagens e da chegada. Em chamada geral com Bandeira Preta, as velas identificadas persistem para a tentativa seguinte (RRS 30.4).Public Live Board: The start result (clean, general recall, OCS/UFD/BFD with sail list) appears automatically as the 1st page of the Live Board on the Event Hub, alongside roundings and the finish. In a general recall under Black Flag, identified sails persist for the next attempt (RRS 30.4).

Transmitir a largada em directo para o Event Hub públicoBroadcast the start live to the public Event Hub

Em vez de gravar so áudio, pode transmitir vídeo + áudio em directo para os espectadores no Event Hub público. So o Presidente tem acesso a esta funcionalidade (VP e Vogal so veem o modo Áudio).Instead of just recording audio, you can broadcast vídeo + áudio live to viewers on the public Event Hub. Only the Chairperson has access to this feature (VP and Vogal only see Áudio mode).

Como iniciar:How to start:

  1. Na aba Largada, alterne o seletor para "Live Stream" (ícone 📺)In the Start tab, switch the toggle to "Live Stream" (📺 icon)
  2. Toque em "Iniciar transmissão ao vivo" e autorize camara + microfoneTap "Start live broadcast" and allow camera + microphone access
  3. A camara traseira abre por defeito (a frontal não aponta para a agua)The rear camera opens by default (the front camera does not point at the water)
  4. Aparece o banner vermelho "EM DIRECTO" com cronometro e contador de espectadores (👁)A red "LIVE" banner appears with a timer and viewer count (👁)
  5. Os espectadores no Event Hub veem com 6-15 segundos de atrasoViewers on the Event Hub see with a 6-15 second delay
  6. Toque "Parar transmissão" quando terminarTap "Stop broadcast" when finished

Controles durante a transmissão:Controls during the broadcast:

  • ↺Alternar camara - botão circular sobreposto ao vídeo (canto superior direito) troca entre traseira e frontal sem cortar a transmissão. Os espectadores não notam o swap.Switch camera - circular button overlaid on the vídeo (top right) toggles between rear and front without interrupting the broadcast. Viewers do not notice the swap.
  • 🔍Zoom - slider abaixo do preview, aparece automaticamente se o telemóvel suportar zoom optico/digital nativo (mais comum em Android). Em iOS pode não aparecer - limitacao do Safari.Zoom - slider below the preview, appears automatically if the phone supports native optical/digital zoom (more common on Android). On iOS it may not appear - Safari limitation.

Sem rede, sem live: a transmissão usa 4G/5G para enviar o vídeo em tempo real. Se a cobertura cair, a copia local fica intacta no telemóvel para descarregar/enviar depois.No network, no live: the broadcast uses 4G/5G to send vídeo in real time. If coverage drops, the local backup remains intact on the phone for later download/upload.
Custo: Cloudflare Stream Starter Bundle (~5USD/mes) cobre 1000 minutos de armazenamento e 5000 minutos de visualizacao por mes. Se o admin do clube tiver configurado destinos sociais, a transmissão é replicada em simultâneo para esses canais (RTMP/RTMPS). Antes de iniciar, o aviso de confirmação lista os canais que vão receber o sinal. Durante a transmissão, aparece um aviso amarelo "📡 Também em direto: …" sob o banner EM DIRECTO.If the club admin has configured social destinations, the broadcast is replicated in parallel to those channels (RTMP/RTMPS). Before starting, the confirmation prompt lists which channels will receive the feed. During the broadcast, a yellow "📡 Also live on: …" banner appears below the LIVE banner.

Quem configura: apenas o admin do clube tem acesso aos destinos (Backoffice → aba Definições → card "📡 Distribuição em direto" → ⚙️ Editar). O Presidente da CR só vê quais canais estão activos no momento de iniciar.Who configures: only the club admin has access to destinations (Backoffice → Settings tab → "📡 Live distribution" card → ⚙️ Edit). Na aba Delta / Sinais Terra ou no painel correspondente do dashboard, a App CR mostra 10 cartões com os principais sinais previstos no apêndice Race Signals das RRS. Toque em qualquer cartão para activar (ou desactivar) o sinal e disparar a publicação automática no feed.In the Delta / Shore Signals tab or the matching dashboard panel, the RC App shows 10 cards with the main signals from the RRS Race Signals appendix. Tap any card to activate (or deactivate) the signal and trigger an automatic publication on the feed.

Bandeira Laranja não é Delta: a Laranja é o sinal de atenção -10 min, exposta a bordo do barco-comité; a Delta é o sinal em terra que autoriza a frota a sair. A Delta e usada para autorizar a frota a abandonar terra e encaminhar-se para a area de regata. Na plataforma, a Delta tem um significado adicional: desencadeia automaticamente o Sign-Out/In para controlo de embarcações.The Delta is used to authorise the fleet to leave shore and head to the racing area. On the platform, the Delta has an additional meaning: it automatically triggers Sign-Out/In for boat control.
